- Sourcing of all party suppliers e.g. photographer, videographer, entertainment, transport, invitations, etc..
- Styling and decorative ideas for your event including: flowers, colour coordination, buffet styling, centrepieces, draping, decorative lighting, etc.
- Itemised costing as quoted by suppliers
- Scheduling of appointments for consultations required with suppliers
- Management of contracts and payments for all suppliers
- Preparation of a time schedule for all tasks, deliveries and actions during your celebration day
- Monitoring all suppliers during your celebration day and making sure all is done according to your time schedule
- Up to 8 hours of supervision on the day of your celebration (extra hours can be added if required)
